Remember:  SED Guidance documents will speak to scope of practice issues for various practitioners and staff, while OMH and OASAS Guidance will speak to Program Operations pertaining to licensed/regulated OMH and OASAS programs and services.

Also, we await final action by the Governor on a bill that would establish a privilege for Article 163 practitioners who are eligible to obtain it.
