The latest Public Health Emergency extension took place on 4/12/22.  The Biden administration has repeatedly stated it would give states 60 days notice of its’ intention to discontinue the PHE.  PHE extensions are granted in 90 day increments, and there has been no notice from the feds of their intention to discontinue the PHE on July 12.  Unless protocols change, it is safe to assume the PHE will not end on July 12, and that the Administration intends to extend the PHE again on or about that date.

Of course, the feds could change the protocols they have been operating under to this point, but I wanted to make a note that we did not see a change in status of the current PHE last week, nor did we see notice of intent to discontinue the PHE in mid-July.
