NYS Council members,

New York’s FIDA demonstration is ending 12/31/2019. Under the FIDA MOU, the New York State Department of Health is required to submit to CMS a draft phase out-plan. The FIDA draft phase-out plan is now posted on the MRT 101 website and we have included a link to the phase-out plan.

There is a 30 day comment period underway.  It ends July 22, 2019.
