Unfortunately, Governor Hochul vetoed the OMIG Audit Reform bill last night.  See page 4 of the document (attached).  It is veto #89.  Deeply disappointing.

While the Governor offers some steps the Executive will take with OMIG, this certainly does not come close to solving the problems we sought to rectify with the bill.  

Thank you to the bill sponsors, Senator Harckham and Assemblyman Gottfried, for standing with us until the bitter end.
