Attached, please find a Proposed Rule Making published yesterday by NYSDOH in the State Register related to Prescription Refills.  In particular, it increases the limit on Medicaid FFS prescriptions to a maximum of 12 fills within one year from the date the prescriber initiates a prescription.

Also, attached is an Emergency Rule Making published yesterday by OMH related to the COVID-19 Masking Program (*See section 556.3 in the Reg for discussion of Programs and Services this applies to) 

The last attachment is an Emergency/Proposed Rule Making published yesterday by OTDA related to the 2019 Novel Coronavirus (COVID-19) Masking Requirements in Congregate Shelters.
