Good afternoon,

Below is the information on how to access the SAMHSA Grantee Webinar on the Continuation Application.  It will be held on Thursday, November 18, 2021 from 2:00 – 3:30 pm (ET).

This webinar will be most informative for new recipients, particularly staff who will complete the continuation application.

It would be greatly appreciated if you would complete the attached evaluation form after participating in the webinar.  SAMHSA wants to ensure that the webinars meet the needs of recipients and your feedback will assist us in providing quality training events.  Please send the completed form to: GPOtraining@samhsa.hhs.gov

It is recommended that you join the training at least 15 minutes prior to the start of the webinar.  If you are unable to attend the webinar, you can listen to the recording by clicking on the last link below (Net replay).  It will be available for 60 days.

I will send you the Power Point slides prior to the training.  I usually get the slides from the presenter a day before or the morning of the webinar.   If you don’t receive the slides prior to the webinar let me know.   If you missed the five webinars conducted in 2021 [Grants 101,  Financial Management, Navigating eRA, Post Award Amendments Part I (Budget Revisions, Change in Staff, Change in Scope), Post Award Amendments, Part II – Carryover] and would like to receive the slides, send me an email and I will forward the slides to you.

If you have any questions, feel free to contact me.

Thanks,

Beverly Vayhinger, Ph.D.

——————————————Also, see link here: https://www.grants.gov/web/grants/search-grants.html?keywords=SM-22-002 for a look at the SAMHSA Forecasted Grants page at Grants.gov and note that, in the past expected post dates have not always been on target and there have been some delays of past announcements.

(From Grants.gov page)
Note: CCBHC was listed first in the list of SAMHSA Funding Opportunities Forecasted for 2022.  Expected post date Dec 30, 2021.  Funding amount $276,000,000.  I don’t see any limitation here that would prevent past awardees from applying, but that may be indicated in the actual post.
