We wanted to provide advanced notice of the agenda for our upcoming NYS Council Member Support and Public Policy call on Thursday, 5/11/23, beginning at 9:15 a.m. sharp.

This week Attorney Linda Clark from Barclay Damon will join us for a discussion of our newly introduced OMIG Audit Reform bill.  We will also review a recent Decision After Hearing based on an appeal filed by a community-based Medicaid provider organization after a determination by the OMIG to recover Medicaid Program overpayments from the agency.  See attached document.

Note:  It’s possible that this meeting will run long.  Normally the call ends at 10:00, but we anticipate this call might need an extra 10-15 minutes, so please plan accordingly.
