The executive budget proposal appears to increase funding for the Health Home+ Program (under OMH) in the FY 2024 budget by $2.5M, with an additional $2.5 million in the following budget year (FY25).
As for the DoH Health Home Program, it appears there is a total ($100M) savings being taken over two budget cycles. The FY2024 executive budget proposal assumes ($30M) in savings effective 10/1/24 based on what the language refers to as a ‘recalibration’ of the program where the state intends to graduate out the low and medium-acuity individuals who have had long-term enrollment in the program. Again, this proposal would result in savings of ($30M) in FY2024, and ($70M) in FY2025, for a total of ($100M) over two budget cycles.
