ATTACHED please find written Guidance from OMH and OASAS regarding the sunset of the exemption for our workforce from various licensing laws.   The sunset is effective on June 24 at 11:59 pm.  The Guidance speaks to the human resource and programmatic issues related to the expiration of the exemption.

We will discuss this document during our call this morning at 9:15 a.m. when we will be joined by state agency reps who will review the guidance with participants, and answer questions where possible.
