Please note that OMH has updated its Part 599 MHOTRS fiscal guidance document to add information about the School-Based Mental Health rate enhancement and rate codes as well as info about the language other than English modifier combination when provided by a contracted vendor.  OMH will be sending out an email to its listserv letting everyone know this information. 

OMH will also be sending out provider-specific letters that tell each provider with a school-based satellite site what locations OMH has associated with the agency (address, zip+4, operating  cert) and explain the use of the rate codes.  Providers will need to bill using the correct location to get the enhanced rates. Letters are going to the email addresses OMH has in its licensing database CONCERTS for agency directors and program directors.
