Beginning next week, joint legislative committees will begin hearing from the public regarding the contents of the Governor’s executive budget proposal.  Those expected to testify will likely indicate support for certain specific proposals while attempting to explain what is missing from the budget proposal, and they will call on the elected leaders to fix what’s broken.

Unfortunately the link for the Senate appears to be broken but you can click on any of the Assembly links and it will take you to a document you need to fill out and send back in order to be considered to testify at the hearing of your choice.  Note:  You can only testify at one hearing although you can submit written testimony on as many topics as you like.
