Yesterday I attended an Association Execs meeting with OMH leads during which time we discussed OMH provider contract delays.

Attached is a list generated by the Office that identifies the status of various contracts that are pending in the SFS system.  If you are waiting on a contract check the list and (if your agency is listed) please take the action requested to move the process forward.  If you disagree with the status of a contract, send me a note and I will assist as much as possible:  lauri@nyscouncil.org

Attached is a weekly list of contracts pending in SFS at the provider level with the status of either ‘provider review’ or ‘provider approval’.

• Vendor Review – means the provider needs to add their workplan, budget and all other documents. They should reach out to their Field Office to process.

• Vendor Approval – means the contract is ready for them to sign and then we can process and move to AG/OSC for execution and payment.
