NYS Council members,

Last spring the state agencies (specifically OMH and SED) repeatedly promised that they would be hosting a webinar designed to share information and answer questions from providers regarding recent licensure changes.  That webinar never materialized and I’ve been chasing the state agencies ever since, pushing for them to deliver on their promise.

Last week I spoke to a point person at one of the O agencies who told me we should be hearing from the agencies shortly.  I will continue to push.

In the meantime and in case you missed it, on February 28 the following Notice of Adoption was published in the New York State Register:
