Good news!

As you may recall, in December the Governor vetoed an earlier OMIG Audit Reform bill.  We went to work (with the assistance of our compliance attorney Linda Clark at Barclay Damon, and in conjunction with a small group of association leads) to revise and update the bill.

This Thursday, during our weekly NYS Council Member Support call, we will review the major points of the bill with an eye towards smart advocacy designed to push this legislation forward during the remaining days of the legislative session.
