The (NYS) Behavioral Health Services Advisory Council (BHASC) met on November 17.  The OMH website now includes documents reviewed during the meeting to include a DRAFT OMH Telehealth Regulation document.  If history repeats itself, we can expect the draft regulation to be posted in the NYS Register with a public comment period to follow.  I’m unsure about the timeframe for the posting but assume it will be soon given that the Advisory Council has now reviewed it.
