On October 3, the Governor’s Office announced another round of funding ($60M) under DASNY’s Nonprofit Infrastructure Capital Investment Program (NICIP).

This morning a NYS Council member agency representative pointed out that the DASNY NICIP Application states that certain types of organizations that (in past rounds of funding) had been eligible to apply for these funds, are not eligible for this round.    See page 6 of the RFA (RFA indicates it was ‘updated’  on 11/15) here:https://www.dasny.org/sites/default/files/inline-files/2023%20NICIP%20RFA%20Updated%2011-15-2023.pdf
