Info (below) from DoH is follow up to what we sent you yesterday re:  CFTSS and HCBS rates.

As you will read, the 25% CFTSS rate enhancement that was scheduled to end on September 30 is being continued.  The NYS Council intends is fighting for the CFTSS and related rate enhancements to be made permanent.  This item is on our Budget Priorities sheet (reviewed this morning with members during our Thursday morning call).  See below and attached.
