Subject: 2022 NYS Council Membership Renewal Information

Good afternoon,

We have had numerous calls from NYS Council member organizations requesting that we send out our 2022 NYS Council Membership Renewal information as soon as possible. Attached please find the documents you will need to renew your membership with our association.

As you may recall, the NYS Council does not prepare an invoice with a pre-calculated amount for your dues. Instead, we send a Dues Calculation Worksheet for you to determine your renewal amount each year. The amount can then be added to the invoice for submission and payment. The 2022 renewal payments are due by February 1, 2022.

The NYS Council has not raised our dues in almost two decades. This year, the only increase you will see is in the section of the Worksheet where we ask you to indicate whether you wish to join the National Council through our association. The dues amount your agency pays to join the National Council through our association is deeply discounted and we think it is a smart investment.

We are deeply honored to represent all NYS Council members, and we will do whatever we can to make your renewal payment manageable for you.
