Good evening,

Comments regarding new (draft) Network Adequacy standards that would apply to MCOs were due to DoH yesterday by COB.  We got our comments in with 30 minutes to spare!  See attached.

Comments to the Department of Financial Services (DFS) that oversees commercial insurance are due by April 11.  We’re on it!
