Below please find copy of an ad that is now running in the Empire Report.  The actual ad in the Empire Report links to the NYS Council website and specifically a letter we wrote and then sent to our colleague associations for sign on.   In the end, 16 associations/coalitions/advocacy groups signed on in support of our request for lawmakers to include HMH Part P, a proposal to bring competition to the MCO procurement process, in the final state budget.

*Later today we will be releasing a second document from the NYS Council that refutes the false and misleading claims being made by opponents of Part P.  We will send that to everyone early this afternoon with a request that you please send it to your Assembly and Senate representatives.
