On September 2, the NYS Council submitted formal comments to CMS regarding proposed changes to the 2023 Physicians Fee Schedule (PFS).

Our comments are organized to respond to only those aspects of the proposal that impact our members and the individuals we serve.  They include comments related to payment for Medicare Telehealth services, changes to “incident to” services, and coverage for OUD Treatment Services.
