As you may know the NYS Council has been vigorously advocating for NYS to correct a situation in which HealthHome+ providers have not yet received the 2023 4% enacted COLA.

Update:  I was just informed that DOH has pushed the HH+ 4/1/23 4% COLA, now approved by DOB, through eMedNY processing today. The updated rates should be ‘live’ in cycle 2463, the retroactive money will be in checks dated 11/20/24 and pay out is to the original effective date of the rate change (4/1/23).
