As you are aware, Change Healthcare experienced a cyber-attack impacting its network on February 21, 2024.  We are continuing to gather information from our provider community to assess the impact of this event.  We request that you please complete the related survey provided below.  This is the second such survey we have sent, comprised of new questions.
