IMPORTANT: COVID-19 Vaccination via Local Health Departments for Rest of State (outside of NYC)

Effective immediately, in addition to using the CDMS links from the NYS Department of Health that OASAS sends to you to schedule appointments, OASAS is encouraging each of you to reach out to your Local Health Department to plan for the vaccination of your prioritized staff and service recipients. As the vaccine program continues to expand across the state, more and more sites will become available to access vaccination. Local Health Departments can help your program connect to those opportunities.
