Part 860 (Recovery Residences) was published in the New York State Register on Wednesday, June 14^th. This new publication provides regulations for voluntary certification of recovery homes. 

Public comments are being accepted for a period of 60 days, until August 13^th 2023. There are only 25 days remaining to make your important comments known to OASAS regarding these regulations.
