Subject: Treatment Program Reporting and Data Analysis Report (RADAR)

Dear Providers,

OASAS is excited to announce the rollout of the Treatment Program Reporting and Data Analysis Report (RADAR).  Developed based on provider feedback, this new resource is intended to allow programs to see summaries of the data they report to the OASAS Client Data System (CDS) and compare themselves to averages for similar programs.

The RADAR displays descriptive statistics across five categories:

  1. Demographic Characteristics
  2. Services Profile
  3. Medication for Addiction Treatment
  4. Discharges and Referrals
  5. Submission of Program Information

The Treatment RADAR does not contain performance targets.  Treatment programs will receive an email from their OASAS Program Manager with their RADAR document and other pertinent information beginning in the middle of October.

An informational webinar about the RADAR is scheduled for October 7 at 2:00pm.  Registration is available at: https://meetny-gov.webex.com/weblink/register/r5f3bb2bf2f7e92f10221dad9bd693bd6.   The webinar will be recorded for those unable to attend live.

Thank you,

Planning, Research, Information Management, and Evaluation
