The document (linked here) is the first of several required reports associated with the additional Community Mental Health Block Grant funds and enhanced FMAP coming in to New York. (It should be noted that the spending period for the first year of funds began April 1.)

The Report provides initial information regarding some of the priorities OMH is making investments in.   But this is not a comprehensive discussion of all OMH priorities for incoming supplemental Community Mental Health Block Grant funds.
