Dear Grantee,

This letter is to clarify that the recent termination of federal grant funding referenced in our letter
dated March 25, 2025, concerning the Covid Mitigation Grant, CRRSAA Grant, and American
Rescue Plan Act (ARPA) Grant, pertains solely to federally funded expenditures. It does not affect
any State-funded contracts or state funds your agency may be receiving from the New York State
Office of Mental Health (OMH).

State-funded programs and contracts administered by OMH remain in full effect, and no changes
have been made to the availability or administration of state funds as a result of the federal grant
terminations.

We hope this clarification is helpful. If you have questions regarding the status of specific funding
