The New York State Office of Mental Health (OMH) and the Office of Addiction Services and Supports (OASAS) are invested in supporting the provision of integrated mental health and addiction services to improve the quality of care and address the full range of needs of the recipients we serve. The attached guidance is intended to streamline the process for provider’s to obtain an Integrated Outpatient Services (IOS) license.
