Last week we notified all members that OMH had extended the Commissioner’s Emergency Waiver that continues certain flexibilities, including tele health, through the beginning of February.  According to OASAS, the Office will be extending their Waiver too.  (The OMH Waiver was to expire 10/6, and the OASAS Waiver expires 10/15).  Not sure OASAS will precisely match the new OMH date since they are not synchronized, but I wanted to let everyone know.
