The OMH and OASAS held a Webinar today on the topic of recent licensing changes as they impact Scope of Practice for practitioners working in OMH / OASAS licensed agencies.  Unfortunately, the O agencies are not ready to delve into the topic of the Diagnostic Privilege just yet however they  are envisioning another Webinar on this topic at the end of the summer.   We will of course push for the Webinar to be far sooner than the end of summer given the implications associated with these and related changes.
