My apologies. Yesterday I shared the news that OMH has postponed the implementation of its Program Capacity Survey.  In that same email I discussed the range of arguments I made during a recent call with OMH leads where I shared your recommendations for strategies and actions OMH can take to ease burdens on OMH providers, and to mitigate the negative impacts associated with implementation of HR1.
