OMIG Audit Protocols for OASAS Opioid Treatment Programs

Please find attached an update to the New York State Office of the Medicaid Inspector General (OMIG) audit protocols for New York State Office of Alcohol and Substance Abuse Services (OASAS) Opioid Treatment Programs.

For your information, one new finding was added, #24, to clarify documentation for changes to medication, dose, and/or administration schedules.  The change was viewed as a clarification.
