The Office of the Medicaid Inspector General’s (OMIG) proposed regulations implementing 2020 changes to law relating to provider compliance programs, Medicaid managed care fraud, waste and abuse prevention programs, and OMIG’s self-disclosure program will be published in the New York State Register on July 13, 2022, and public comment will be accepted until September 12, 2022.
