OMIG posted the following information today (see link below). 

This should address the outstanding issue the NYS Council went to the Governor’s Office about where we wanted OMIG to memorialize what the Office had told us in an email – that providers would not be at risk for following ‘old’ self disclosure procedures (as they advised our members to do during a NYS Council Member Support meeting back in April) while OMIG updated its guidance on the topic.
