OMIG Reform Bill

Last week the OMIG Reform bill we worked on last year was re-introduced for the current legislative session. Today, the Assembly Health Committee voted on and passed the bill (Gottfried sponsor) and moved it on to the Assembly Rules Committee (that’s good news). 

Since the bills (Senate and Assembly versions) are ‘same as’ you can click on the link highlighted in yellow (below) to take a look at the bill itself.

The Senate version (Harckham sponsor) is currently with the Senate Health Committee awaiting action.
