Over the summer, CMS announced a public comment period regarding its’ proposed changes to the latest Physician Fee Schedule rule making.  This morning, during the National Council’s Fall Public Policy meeting, participants heard from Susannah Gopalan from Feldsman Tucker Leifer and Fidell LLP regarding key proposed changes to the Schedule for CY2023.  The Proposed changes include reforms in key areas including: Medicare Telehealth, and “Incident To” services.
