Amidst all of the budget chaos we still managed to weigh in today with the Department of Financial Services regarding recently updated and proposed Network Adequacy standards.

As you may recall, earlier this month we submitted our comments to the Department of Health on the same matter.  We also filed pre-comment period comments given the importance of this topic and our ongoing commitment to ensure adequate access to care for ALL New Yorkers.
