It is with great excitement that we are able to announce that the regulations for PROS redesign have been approved with an effective “go live” date of April 1, 2025. We would like to thank all of the PROS participants, program staff, and administrators who contributed their time and effort to PROS redesign. Your ideas and feedback have played a significant role in strengthening and modernizing PROS services. Please do not hesitate to reach out to us at PROS@omh.ny.gov with any questions or technical assistance needs.

PROS Staff and Managers/Directors are invited to join OMH and MCTAC for a live PROS Redesign Office Hours event. Office Hours will not include any formal presentation by OMH. Program staff and managers should come prepared to ask programmatic and operations-related questions related to PROS Redesign, particularly related to content covered in pre-recorded webinars.
