In our continuing efforts to keep you up to date regarding recent changes and challenges to the Personal Responsibility and Work Opportunity Reconciliation Act (PRWORA) we wanted to share the following update from our consultants at Feldesman, LLP. Earlier this year the NYS Council hosted a series of training for our members, facilitated by immigration experts at Feldesman at a point where the confusion was high and the information was as clear as mud.
