Last week during the quarterly meeting of New York’s Public Health and Planning Council NY State Medicaid Director Amir Bassiri briefed members of the Council on New York’s newly approved 1115 Waiver Amendment.  I listened to the recording of the presentation and took rough notes (ATTACHED).
