I am writing to remind our members that are currently under OMIG audit re: OPRA that (if you have been requesting extensions of the requirement that you respond to OMIG) you likely have another extension end date coming up next week (5/5 or thereabouts).  I just poke with Bob Hussar a few moments ago.  Given the status of ongoing negotiations between the state agencies, Bob suggests that ‘probe agencies’ with an extension end date coming up should not let it lapse.
