There are two important opportunities for community-based agencies here.  The first is to help your organization recruit and retain psychiatrists and psychiatric nurse practitioners (NPs).  The other is to demonstrate need and in doing so send a message that we need more loan repayment programs like this one for other titles further down the line in our organizations.
