In February 2023, the NYSSCPA issued a non-authoritative communication on the accounting of the NYS Health Care and Mental Hygiene Worker Bonus (HWB) to certain committee members. 

The NYS CFR Interagency Committee (IAC) reviewed the communication in consideration of the implications it has on the reporting of the HWB on the CFR.  In response, the NYS CFR IAC has issued supplemental guidance on the reporting of HWB on the CFR which is attached.   Please take a few minutes to review this important supplemental CFR guidance.
