Attached is a summary of provisions in the Year End Omnibus Package, to include Relief provisions as well as new federal budget provisions, from the National Council’s government relations consultants at Thorn Run Partners.  It discusses all healthcare, going beyond MH and SUD provisions.

The House Appropriations Committee released a handy summary of the omnibus provisions, a summary of the coronavirus provisions and a summary of the authorizing provisions.
