Recently HMA consultants facilitated a Webinar for members of MedicaidMatters NY – a statewide group of advocates who work together to preserve and expand Medicaid benefits for New Yorkers.  The topic of the presentation was the recently approved 1115 Waiver and specifically, Social Care Networks.
