State vs. Federal Telemedicine Updates
Recently our friends at the NYS Psychiatric Association (NYSPA) put together a chart for their members outlining several legal and practice issues relating to telemedicine, both from a state and federal perspective. In my opinion, it is a very useful resource for its’ ability to concretely illustrate the boundaries between what the federal government controls and what the state has power over.  All credit is due to our colleagues at NYSPA.  Great work!
