Responding to Member Questions re: Provider Relief Funds

On September 22 we sent all members a document entitled General and Targeted Distribution Post-Payment Notice of Reporting requirements, dated September 19.   The document was released by HHS to provide information to organizations that have received / will receive Provider Relief Funds. The document did not include a discussion of when reporting should commence, nor did it include information on how the information would be collected by HHS (a portal?  something else?)

The National Council states that it is their understanding the reporting system will be opened in early 2021.  We will keep an eye out for any HHS publication that puts this in writing, but for now please consider the document we shared to be a fairly comprehensive ‘heads up’ of what’s to come in terms of reporting requirements.
