The NYS Senate is preparing to take up a package of legislation to address the Opioid Epidemic as well as other matters related to SUD in New York State.  Attached is a brief blurb on each bill. We wanted to share the list of bills that we understand to be part of the package that may be brought up for a full house vote as early as tomorrow:

It is our understanding that our OMIG Reform bill will also be part of the package that is being prepared to go to the Senate floor.
