This morning the NYS Council hosted our weekly Member Support and Public Policy call with guest speaker, Emil Slane, CFO at the Office of Mental Health.

Emil used a Power Point presentation to review various recently enacted rate changes and other federal and state initiatives. The slide deck Emil used this morning is attached.
